Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead.

聽英國詞曲作家歌手愛戴兒(Adele)唱的失戀分手情歌，其中歌詞讓人噴淚，寫的很有意境，愛！「有的時候，會讓你覺得天長地久；但有的時候，傷痛卻成為愛的替身！」

這句話讓我想到三昧智說的「愛不等於喜歡」：喜歡，有生有死；愛，沒有生死。這兩者是不同的意境，前者無常，後者永恆，都「很無我」，各有不同的張力。

喜歡需要對象，有偏好；愛不需要對象，沒偏好。喜歡會變變異(易)，愛不會。 喜歡是探索完美、是想要了解；愛是很多在乎、是對準完美。

愛可以沒有喜歡，但喜歡不能沒有愛。喜歡不怕失去空間，愛不能沒有空間。這兩者都是自然流動，都沒有「我」，有我就造作「失真」。 大多數的人分不清喜歡與愛的差異性。

以前的我，也沒有注意喜歡與愛之間的差異性，也許這個話題對我來說，兩者之間的差距並不大，為何如此！ 我對愛恨別離勇於取捨，我能夠模糊這兩者之間的距離。

我所喜歡與所愛的人，幾乎都是有緣人，在這兩者之內，今生都沒有帶給我悲傷與悲慟的感覺，記得三昧智說過，沒有痛就沒有覺悟的智慧。我想，我就是缺少了心痛，所以在這方面才比較遲鈍吧。
